Stop routing vehicles to separate body, diesel, paint, alignment and inspection vendors.
Open a dedicated commercial fleet account with ATEL and get priority scheduling, consolidated billing, VIN-level service history, PM scheduling and documented workflows.
What a commercial account actually gets you.
Walk-in customers wait their turn. Account customers do not. Your trucks are scheduled into preventive maintenance windows that fit your routes, and unplanned breakdowns drop into priority bays the same day in most cases. Every job runs through a single coordinator who knows your fleet's history, your billing preferences and your turnaround needs.
We work with regional carriers, last-mile distributors, contractors, refuse and recycling operators, fuel haulers, transit providers and motor coach companies. The account structure scales from a handful of units up through hundreds.
Stop sending vehicles to separate shops for Body repair, Mechanical repair, Paint, Alignment, Inspections. ATEL handles everything under one roof.

Questions we hear from fleet managers
A few quick answers. If yours isn't here, call us or use our contact form.
How does a commercial fleet account differ from walk-in service?
Account units get scheduled PM windows held in advance, priority bay access on breakdowns, a single coordinator who knows your fleet by VIN, and consolidated monthly billing. Walk-in customers wait their turn and start fresh on every visit. The work is the same — the workflow is different.
How small or large can a fleet account be?
Accounts scale from a handful of units up through hundreds. Small carriers and owner-operators get the same coordinator structure as large fleets — the workflow is the same, the volume is just different.
Do I need to use all five divisions to open an account?
No. Many accounts start with one or two services — collision and paint, or PM and DPF — and expand as the relationship grows. You only pay for what you use. The account just makes sure the right workflow is in place when you need it.
What does priority bay access actually mean for breakdowns?
Account units jump the walk-in queue. Most priority intakes are diagnosed the same day. We coordinate tow-yard pickup on non-driveable units so trucks move directly into our shop instead of accruing storage fees.
How does billing work on a commercial account?
Net-30 on approved credit. Monthly statements organized by unit, by division, or by cost center — whatever your AP team prefers. Direct insurance billing on collision work where the policy supports it.
How long does onboarding take?
Discovery call to account proposal is typically one business day. After you send the VIN list, unit records are set up and your coordinator is assigned within another business day. First intake can usually be scheduled the same week.
Where are you located and what areas do you serve?
The shop is at 12120 Conway Rd, Beltsville, MD 20705 — minutes from I-95 and the Baltimore-Washington Parkway. Our primary service area is the DMV: Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia. Fleet pickup and delivery arrangements are negotiable on contract.
