What We Do

Frame and structural repair on equipment built to flex.

Heavy-duty frames are not the same animal as passenger-car unibodies. Class 7 and 8 chassis are ladder-frame steel designed to flex under load — when they take a hit, the repair has to restore that geometry without introducing new stress points. Our 40-foot frame machine and laser measurement system handle the work to OEM tolerances.

We work on tractor rails, vocational chassis, bus frames, motorcoach structures and specialty equipment. Frame work is often paired with collision and refinish in the same intake, so the truck moves from rack to booth to delivery without leaving our building.

Insurance estimators and fleet maintenance managers get measurement documentation on every job. We photograph the rack setup, pull spec sheets where available, and provide before/after measurements so your file closes cleanly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions we hear from customers

A few quick answers. If yours isn't here, call us or use our contact form.

How do you know a frame is truly back to spec?

Measurement. We pull the OEM spec sheet where available and measure with a laser and tram system at intake, mid-pull and final. Documentation goes on file with the job.

Can you straighten frames on tractors with sleepers?

Yes. Our 40-foot frame machine handles full sleeper tractor configurations. Class 7 and 8 day cabs and sleepers are routine for us.

Do you weld cross-members and gussets?

Yes. We do cross-member replacement, gusset fabrication and reinforcement welds in-house using certified MIG, TIG and stick welders on heat-treated structural steel.

What happens to paint and coatings during frame work?

Anywhere we cut, weld or pull will lose coating. We address that with surface prep and refinish in our paint booths before the truck leaves. One intake, one delivery.

Do you work with commercial insurance claims?

Yes. We regularly coordinate with commercial and fleet insurance providers. Supplements after tear-down, photo documentation, direct billing where supported.

How long does heavy-duty frame repair take?

Depends on damage severity, parts and whether refinish is included. Simple straightening can be a few days. Full structural with new cross-members and refinish typically runs one to three weeks.

Where are you located and what areas do you serve?

The shop is at 12120 Conway Rd, Beltsville, MD 20705 — minutes from I-95 and the Baltimore-Washington Parkway. Our primary service area is the DMV: Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia. Fleet pickup and delivery arrangements are negotiable on contract.
